Phase 1: Alpha products had a metal product that was expensive to make but a hit in the Painting industry. They contacted Midwest to help them convert to a injection molded plastic part.

Phase 2: Midwest started by creating a 3D printed version of the product for Alpha to visualize and critique. The engineers at Midwest helped with the design changes and made adjustments until the product was approved by Alpha.

Phase 3: Molds were designed and parts were made.
